Sloped insulation or an additional drain, added during a re-roofing project, can be a cost-effective solution.

For sloped roofs, the choices available in laminate shingles from IKO, Certainteed, GAF and Pabco may provide a significant upgrade in the appearance of your building, without a corresponding increase in costs. An Arbutus representative can provide samples and colour charts so that decision-makers can define the tender requirements in advance. For flat roofing applications, built-up roofing (tar & gravel) has generally been replaced with torch on roofing membranes from Soprema, IKO and Siplast. Again, the upgrade in durability has come at a surprisingly low price.
